Forget your worries in this spacious and serene 2300 square foot home across the street from Merrymeeting Lake - with 61’ of private lakefront including a sandy beach and dock for your boat. Winter lovers, we're 25 minutes to Gunstock, with snowmobile access right out our back door, leading to 100+ miles of groomed trails (no need to trailer your sled to the trails!). Autumn guests, Merrymeeting is a leaf peeper’s dream with beautiful trails just steps from the house, and a short drive to Mt. Major and other great hikes! Sleeps 8 very comfortably and could accommodate more on brand new sleep sofas in the two living rooms. The house has three sizable bedrooms and 2.5 baths, including laundry. Get ready to enjoy sunrise with your morning coffee on the beach!
