The complex offers 3 pools, a hot tub, and PRIVATE BEACH for residents and guests only! Walk to everything!! This spacious condo on the 5th floor boasts not only amazing views, but comforts of home with a coastal decor. Light and bright throughout with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, great family space with a fully equipped kitchen. The best of both worlds! The peace and quiet of our private complex, or walk to Shephards Beach Resort with beach bartenders & live music and Pier 60 with the public beach and all the attractions! Restaurants and shops and rentals are all walking distance. Sparkling turqouise waters and soft white sandy beaches make Clearwater Beach the #1 beach in the US! Our location is at the southern tip before crossing Sand Key Bridge.
