About this property

Venture Out Community RV Lot #6, 36 x 70 RV Site with concrete pad is located at MM#23. 50 AMP and 30 AMP service. Sewer and Potable water hookups. The street is very wide in front of the site. It makes easy access to backing in a large Motor Coach or Fifth Wheel. The site is beautifully landscaped with Areca Palms providing privacy while enjoying the outdoor area. VO provides several amenities a heated community pool, sauna, tennis & pickleball courts, a recreation center, boat ramps, marina with fueling, multiple laundry facilities with showers and toilets, and a community mercantile store. VO is gated and patrolled 24/7 365 days a year with onsite security.
Upon arrival a $125 registration/resort fee will be charged by Venture Out Security. This fee is separate from the booking fee. Additionally parking is limited to one vehicle per site. Additional parking is available for a nominal nightly fee to VO Security, subject to availability. Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
