Fabulous 4 bedroom 3 full bath home in downtown Grand Haven. This tastefully decorated, well-appointed home has everything you need for a relaxing week. Walk to restaurants, shopping, pier, boardwalk, farmer's market, harbor and beach. Enjoy a warm summer day sitting on the front porch watching the vacationers pass by. This house is also conveniently located two doors from the trolley stop which takes you to the beach.

4 Bedrooms total. UPSTAIRS has 2 bedrooms – Bedroom 1 (Queen Bed), Bedroom 2 (Queen Bunkbeds) and one Full Bathroom. DOWNSTAIRS has two bedrooms – Bedroom 3 (Queen Bed), Bedroom 4 (Twin Bunkbeds), Two Full Bathrooms.

Amenities include: Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave and small appliances, gas grill, washer and dryer, all linens, beach chairs, beach cart, Amazon Firestick TV's, board games, Central A/C, wifi internet.

Please note that we do have a minimum age requirement of 25 to rent our property.

Only Sunday to Sunday bookings available June, July and August, 7 night minimum.

*Accessory dwelling in rear of property occasionally occupied by owners.

A week in paradise

What a wonderful place Adam and Alicia have created. The location is perfect to shops, restaurants, etc. The home is clean And spacious with three bathrooms, which worked well for my daughter and her five college friends. The Screened in front porch was heaven on earth for coffee, sipping and book reading. I would highly recommend and look forward to returning Thank you for sharing your beautiful place

Fantastic Property

This is a beautiful home located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the river. It was super clean and the layout was wonderful for visiting even while people were sleeping. It was the best vacation we've had in a long time!!!!!!

Awesome Home

Three couples, all high school friends, celebrated our 33rd annual trip at the Haven Retreat. It was wonderful! Five spots to gather both indoor and outdoor, great beds and 3 full bathrooms. The owners we so nice and helpful with dining suggestions. We will be back!!! Highly recommended.

Late summer vaca

Wonderful vacation home for a family with young children (4 YO and 1 YO). Very clean and spacious. Walkable (even for young kids) to lots of shops and attractions, and only a brief drive to the beach. The owners were very kind and punctual to respond to any needs. Will definitely plan a visit here again!

Fantastic!

This was our favorite visit to Grand Haven and our favorite rental home. The home was clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and in a great location! We loved sitting on the front porch; lounging on the back deck; playing board games and completing a puzzle at the dining room table. There was plenty of space for our family and the mattresses were very comfortable.

Wedding weekend stay

Everything was great for my son’s wedding weekend in Grand Haven. This location was just as described. It was clean and bright. It was walking distance to go to rehearsal dinner venue as well as the reception venue. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful home in a perfect location

This is a fantastic home. There were four bedrooms and three full baths which was perfect for our multi-generational gathering. The kitchen is nice and bright and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. We were coming from out of state with a tight deadline to an event Friday night and the host was very gracious in letting us check in early to keep us on schedule. That was very much appreciated! We would not hesitate to rent again here if our travels lead us back to Grand Haven. Thanks so much!

This home is exceptional and in located right where you would want to be. If you’re trying to get outside and walk and be in the midst of everything, this is the right spot! You can get everywhere you need to be within 3 to 5 mins. This will definitely be my go to rental (if available)!

New Years to Remember

We had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful! Everything was labeled as to where it goes, there were multiple cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper etc! We also were really happy with how many towels were there! I know this sounds silly but when you go to a traditional hotel there just never seems to be enough! The parking was great! The description says 3 car parking but when our friends came over from another house they could easily park there too! Great selection of games, cards and books as well. They really thought of it all when preparing for guests! We appreciate everything!!! Tickled pink!

Great Grand Haven location

This was an excellent location for me and my family. We visit Grand Haven often and this was perfect for us. Coffee, breakfast, dinner, shopping, kids playground, beach, boardwalk, were all within walking distance or a very short car ride. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, it accommodated five adults and one child very well.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. We would have given a five for cleanliness if there were not coffee grounds in the coffee maker. It would have been helpful to have a chair in the upstairs bedroom. Overall great experience.

The PERFECT place!

In town for a family wedding, we were thrilled to arrive here after a six-hour drive and find such a cozy AND well-appointed place! Comfortable, pristine, and roomy. A bonus was the kitchen! A Viking stove! I’m was cooking for the rehearsal dinner, and this place had everything I needed and then some! Also GREAT location … a block from the charming downtown and the channel. Also LOVE the chalkboard in the kitchen with suggestions on food, activities and more.

Great location

Loved the location and property. Did not like having to make the beds that we used although I do get why you do it but not with such a high cleaning fee. Overall loved the stay, appreciated how the house was stocked ( especially the keurig coffee), and enjoyed the porch. Very clean and lots of room. Next to all the action.
