Its a lovely house. It can use a little bit of an update but the house has everything you need. We had a wonderfull stay. The lake is just perfect. You can jump right in from the porch. We will defenitly come back again.

Waterfront cabin
Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt. Großartige Lage direkt zwischen See und Landstraße. Das Finden der Einfahrt und Ausparken ist etwas schwierig. Wenn man lärmempfindlich ist, kann einen der Straßenverkehr und das Plätschern des Wassers etwas stören. Es hat uns nicht gestört, dass Bad/WC nicht modern sind. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Stylish chalet right on the lake - very well located with direct lake access + south-facing balcony
Quirky cottage, simple but everything we needed (although would benefit a washing machine and oven) Lovely space to hang out. If you don’t have a boat you have to go most places by car due to very busy road and no pavement - however, amenities all within 5-10 mins drive.

Les pieds dans l'eau !Charmant bungalow.
Nous souhaitions un séjour proche de l'eau ..on ne pouvait faire mieux . Nous avons amené notre canoé et avec l'accès latéral direct c'était épatant pour embarquer facilement et nager quand la chaleur se faisait sentir .Plus de petit enfant donc impeccable à gérer (sinon il faut vraiment surveiller).les stores sur la terrasse permetetnt de gerer l'ombre et maintenir la fraicheur .Juqste des moustiquaires aux chambres seraient un vrai plus :il faut choisir entre frais et se faire piquer ..rien ne resiste aux moustiques (partout pres de l'eau).La situation pres d'Orta permet sorties et visites: L'accueil en italien est plus facile et sympathique :Bref SUPER séjour ! Merci ;Grazzie per tutti!

Great location, great stay, minor flaws
Our second stay at the house was as great as the first one. The location is hard to beat - you can literally jump in the lake from the terrace. Handover with Anselmo and his wife were flawless, the house was clean. It could need some upgrades, though. Some of the furniture is very dated, the dishes are a crude assortment (a million plastic plates, but next to no cups...), and things like the kitchen sink and the shower are past their prime. Still a great and unique house! Recommended - again.

Maison sympa et très bel emplacement au bord du lac. Proche du très beau village d'ORTA.
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. Dommage que la vaisselle ne soit pas au niveau du reste....

D'abord un accueil chaleureux et attentionné, ensuite la découverte du lieu où nous allons séjourner... et la magie s'installe. La maison est simple,fonctionnelle,agréable et donne sur le lac. La région est sublime et la commune de San Giulo authentique. Une adresse à conserver comme un trésor ! Merci !

Das Ferienhaus hat eine herrliche Lage, direkt am See. Man kann direkt vom Haus ins Wasser hüpfen.
Wir hatten einen herrlichen, entspannenden Urlaub. Der See war einfach toll. Ein Wermutstropfen war, dass es weder TV noch Internet gab. Und das während der Fußball EM. Schön wäre es für den Gesamteindruck, wenn Vormieter ihre Reste aus Bad und Küche nicht immer den Nachmietern überlassen würden. Das eine oder andere Möbelstück sollte man vielleicht auch ersetzen und die alten Stücke entsorgen. Aber wir werden trotz alledem ganz sicher wieder kommen!

Wunderschöne Tage am See
Wirklich schönes Objekt, der Blick und die Lage direkt am See tägliches Schwimmen und Essen über dem Wasser traumhaft und entschädigen für die nahe Strasse und die lauten Motorräder hauptsächlich an Wochenenden. Uns hat es nicht groß gestört, für Lärmempfindliche wahrscheinlich eher nichts. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und werden sicher wiederkommen !! Großartig!
Wir haben eine großartige Woche am Ortasee erlebt. Die Lage des Häuschens ist unschlagbar - die Terrasse ist nicht am, sondern sogar ÜBER dem Wasser :-) Die Ausstattung ist einfach und nicht mehr ganz taufrisch, aber komplett und sauber, die Betreuung vor Ort bestens. Die Straße direkt hinter dem Haus stört weniger als befürchtet, weil das Haus ein Stück nach unten versetzt ist. Kleiner Nachteil: Es gibt keinen Rad- oder Fußweg, ohne Auto geht gar nichts. Sonst: Spitze für ein paar entschleunigte Tage am Wasser!
