Escape to the Catskills! Located outside of the town of Livingston Manor our 3-bedroom farmhouse is smack dab in the center of the Western Catskills, surrounded by hiking trails, rivers, farmers markets, local breweries and restaurants.
Enjoy all that the area has to offer or just kick back and enjoy the house and property. Three full bedrooms, 2 baths, living and dining room + chef's kitchen with breakfast seating area. Deck and backyard sit just above a babbling brook that runs across the property.
Located 5 miles outside of town you will need a car for accessing the area. Parking for up to 4 cars is available.
