Welcome to the Charming lakefront cottage boasting expansive open water views, located in Eatonton. This property consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom.

In addition, there is a fully-stocked kitchen, a gas grill and indoor and outdoor eating areas. Televisions are located in each room as well as in the family room and downstairs game area.

The screened porch boasts a dining area as well as a sitting area with stunning views of the lake. Directly below the porch is a concrete patio with a gas grill and swing.

Access to the dock is made easy with stairs leading from the house. Kayaks are available and free for guest use.

The house is conveniently located close to two boat ramps (Twin Bridges Marina and Lake Sinclair Recreational Area) and within 10 minutes of a Walmart and Kroger.
