Stayed here for a weekend trip to Acadia and Bar Harbor. It was a nice area to stay in that it wasn’t busy but still easy to get to the places we wanted to go. Had a lovely back yard area to hang out. Property Manager was very responsive to questions I had.
We will recommend this property to friends and family and will be back next year! The unit is well equipped, nicely furnished and decorated, has an EV charging station and comfortable layout. Location is great…off the main road and convenient to MDI and Acadia, as well as other coastal areas.
Overall very nice the big concern was the lights going upstairs did not work. We’re all over 60 so was a little scary going up and down the stairs

Looks like a nice place
Unfortunately, I cannot truly tell anyone about the inside of the property as we never got to stay there. The location is ideal to stay near Bar Harbor and still have a peaceful spot to rest at night. From the outside the property looks well maintained.
The property manager must not have seen our booking and did not have an alternate form of communication set up with VRBO in order to give us the key code to use the condo. So our reservation was cancelled via the VRBO help desk and we were refunded. Thankfully a sister site to VRBO had a location available a little further out from Bar Harbor.
The property is relatively new and initially seemed promising, but our stay was unfortunately marred by several issues. The guest bathroom sink had a drainage problem, which made it almost unusable. In the master bedroom, the overhead light wasn’t working, which was a real inconvenience. Additionally, there were no basic toiletries provided—no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. This was a hassle, as we had to make an unexpected trip to get these essentials ourselves.
Communication with the host was also disappointing. Despite reaching out multiple times to request the missing toiletries, our messages were ignored. When the host finally responded, they were passive-aggressive and refused to cover the cost.
Overall, while the property has potential, these unresolved issues and poor communication significantly impacted our experience.
