STUNNING VIEWS
Absolutely amazing place with a beautiful home. In the mornings we enjoyed a cup of coffee on the porch and listened to the birds sing and the fish jumping in the lake. Nature's beauty. What a blessing for us to have had the opportunity to visit this great place. Definitely recommend.

Just about Perfect!!
This is a great home! The owners have put in nice touches that make the stay easy, including Echo Dots in every room, a Bluetooth speaker system, and a fabulous hot ton over looking the lake. The deck with the covered area that includes the picnic table was a favorite spot. The management company was very prompt with communication and very helpful. It was great that the home came with a canoe and life jackets. Made us want to buy a lake house! The one and only challenge were the very steep steps to the dock from the road, and that the staircase was not well maintained. It’s a shared dock and access so presumably not the responsibility of the owner. Nonetheless, we had many hours of fishing and swimming from the dock and the canoe. Thank you for our best vacation ever!!

Eagle’s Peak
We enjoyed staying the house was amazing and the boys loved the Xbox in the kids room. Just wish they had more game options. Loved the gates blocking entrances and exits. The hot tub was wonderful! The driveway is steep and the truck was unable to make the turn at the top in one pass. The B Dock was under water along with the bottom of the stairs so we were unable to get to it on the first day. The stairs to the dock are steep and feeling soft. I would suggest making the dock floating so it doesn’t matter if the water level is high. The dock does need maintenance. The lake had a lot of trash. The fishing was good and we appreciate having access to canoes.

Gorgeous cabin with a view
The cabin is lovely and spacious with a perfect lake view! Very clean. The driveway is steep but my little hybrid made it up just fine! Everything in the kitchen is labeled and there are so many little extras in the kitchen. I would absolutely stay here again!

The cabin was beautiful, the driveway a bit of a challenge. Staying in spring wasn't that good of a idea because water levels were so high. Couldn't get on the dock. All in all beautiful quiet place

Perfect Mountain Getaway
The property was exactly as it was shown on the site and perfect for our weekend getaway. I wish we could have stayed longer. The location was great and out of the way. It was quiet and peaceful and very relaxing. No phone signal was available and was a concern for only a few minutes and we got used to the quiet right away 😁. Having the internet and television did the trick for us. I highly recommend vrbo and this property!!!

Great house and views- scary driveway.
First the listing is not clear regarding pet fees. There is a per pet AND per night fee. For our 4 nights it was an additional $300+ surprise. At the time of booking the listing only mentioned a pet fee of $35 and “standard pet fees apply”. I responded to the company’s email with my concerns and as of now the information has not been changed. The house itself is great, lots of natural light, great view and that hot tub! The steep driveway made me a bit nervous but there were no issues- it’s a great workout to walk up and down. If you are traveling with someone who has mobility issues, please look closely at the photos. In addition to the steep driveway, the stairs to get to the dock are also very steep. We didn’t really use the dock but I did venture down to check it out.

A Check Off Your Bucketlist!!
**Please take note** -screenshot guest pin and wifi password (there is no cell service) -the driveway is steep with a sharp turn (no room for boat trailers) Where do I begin? This place was an amazing stay! Between the hot tub, the gorgeous views, and the inclusion of all the wants and necessities. Eagle's Peak is a 100% recommend for a quiet getaway for just you or the whole family.

Family 4th of July 2021 trip
The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The grill outside was newer and clean. I loved all of the gates around the outside deck. We had our granddaughter in her walker and she would go all over without the chance of falling down some steps. I would say my biggest and basically only complaint would be not having enough information ahead of time regarding the steep driveway and no place to park our boat trailer. The driveway is so steep you are unable to bring a boat trailer up to the home. The next day we drove around to 4 different marinas and NO ONE would let us leave the trailer at their marina even for $. We met a guy at a local convenience store and he let us park it on his property for the long weekend. We gave him $100 for this. Also, when walking down the driveway to boat dock B, you have to go down some very step stairs which would be very difficult for children. This would be also helpful to know as you have to haul everything down the steep driveway and then of course back up at the end of the day. Which was not so easy for my pregnant daughter in law. The last evening we saw a bear swimming across the lake and get out on the other side. that was pretty exciting, not something you see every day. The lake was beautiful and would love to come back but probably not to this home with its location and parking issues.

Summer Vacation
The house was very comfortable. We loved the seclusion it offered and the lake and surrounding nature were stunningly beautiful. The house is wired for sound and you can sync up your phone and listen to your music throughout. The hot tub is state of the art and provided for some amazing midnight soaks while looking at the moon and stars above. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil, cookware, and dish you could ask for. I even brought my own crock pot and was surprised to see they had one just like mine. The only negative thing I have to say about the experience had nothing to do with the house, but rather the stairs leading to the community dock where the property owners provide a slip. In my professional opinion, they are in need of replacement. I've been in construction management for 21 years and these stairs would not even be allowed for temporary means of access on a jobsite let alone permanent use for the general public. Although made of pressure treated lumber, the stringers and treads are dried out , splitting and with each step the wood flexes, bows, and creaks (I'm 5'-11" @180lbs). The handrails are lower than allowed in building code and with a natural land slope exceeding 6o degrees you will want a hand to keep you steady, especially if you are carrying coolers and gear. I am sure the stairs are managed by an HOA, and hopefully this review will be a catalyst to get them corrected as failure while someone is walking on them is not if, but when.

Beautiful View and Quiet
We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and beautiful lake and hills. The hot tub was a definite pleasure. We did feel compelled to contact management on arrival about the cloudy water and low level, which they responded to with treatment. We would have appreciated a more timely callback. They stressed a shower prior to hot tub use but shower was not in operation..a hose was provided. The dock was not accessible due to massive amounts of debris. House paperwork indicated access availability down a neighbor's driveway. However, posted signs on property prohibited use. It would have been nice to have a kayack to use. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay at Eagles Point.
