We have MANY vacationers stay in this location due to the large homes for the smaller price tag. This community is very low-key, clean & full of families and vacationers of all types.

We supply corn hole, ladder toss, mini golf, & a variety of children/older kid's toys. We have tic tac toe boards and toys/books for kids aged 5 and under located in the bunk room!

LOCATION:
2 minutes and a mile from Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast. ER, ICU, NICU, this hospital is 5 Stars and has a wonderful reputation for excellent service for safety and cleanliness.

Neighborhood: This loop of townhomes is observed as two quiet streets who house families, working professionals, and vacationers like you.

PARKING:
No need for parking fees or wristbands. Room for 2 vehicles. No on-street parking.

SELF CHECK-IN:
Our guests will get check-in information twice — when booking and 72 hours prior to arrival. Your door code is personalized for an easier vacationing experience. No checking in with a resort or front desk!

FULLY-LOADED KITCHEN:
Coffee cups, plates, cups, plenty of utensils, silverware, toasters, etc. to enjoy your trip with! Our goal is to allow you to easily cook a full meal while on your trip.

KIDS' TOYS:
No one does kid-friendly better than coastal beach getaways. We leave open areas for pack n play, we leave many toys in our bunk room with baskets filled with books and safe toys ages 1-5, and we have many older-kid games also including ladder toss, ring toss, tic tac toe, corn hole, etc!

3 SMART TV'S:
We have 2 large 46" TVs in the master and guest bedroom with a 65" TV perfect for movie night or just keeping the guests entertained in the living area.

Turtle Pond:
There is a small pond with friendly turtles who love to greet guests when you walk to the water's edge. This is the owner’s and our favorite little detail this property has that makes it special. Hence the name, Turtle Retreat. We leave 'turtle food' for you to spoil these animals and allow them to have a friendly greeting by all of our out-of-town visitors.

Outdoor Camera:
There is 1 outdoor security camera located on the front of the property by the front door entrance. This is in place to keep everyone and everything that occurs at the property safe. We appreciate your understanding and high value for security.

Turtle Pond:
With turtles and surrounding wildlife around the small body of water within the community, we have signs in the property reminding you and your children to remain vigilant when outdoors feeding the turtles!
