Other things to note:
-Please be careful with regards to the pool. We definitely want all our guests to be safe and happy. Absolutely no garbage or glass in or around the pool as it can clog the pool and cause very expensive repairs. Broken glass may cause injury. Broken glass will require the pool to be drained.-

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 9am. We may need to stop rental immediately if we receive a noise or police complaint.-Absolutely no parties or events allowed on the premises.

-Should any Amazon deliveries or miscellaneous mail parcels (for homeowners) arrive during your stay please bring them inside and set them in the laundry room area.

-This home is serviced weekly. Pool technician is Mondays and landscaper may be providing routine maintenance on the property at some point during your stay.

Pool is (NOT HEATED) open swim at your own risk no life guard on duty.

Pet fee is $150 non-fundable for each pet you bring. Additional pets after 1 pet is $150 additional each and pet must be 25 pounds or less. Not to exceed 2 pets.
