Experience a unique stay at this custom riverfront home, nestled right on the banks of the Colorado River. This fully gated property sits on .38 of an acre and boasts a grassy beach area and spectacular river views.

Step inside to discover a spacious gourmet kitchen with a tiled center island and a picture window with breathtaking views of the Colorado River. The open and airy living room features tiled floors, a wood burning fireplace, a tiled wet bar, and a pool table for entertainment. Two primary suites, one upstairs and one downstairs, both offer sliding glass doors to covered patios overlooking the river, large walk-in closets, and beautifully tiled bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Upstairs, you'll find 3 of the 4 rooms with sliding glass doors leading to a covered patio with panoramic river views. Guest may park in the middle garage. The remote is in the laundry room for your convince.

There is a boat launch at the end of the Marina and at Rotery Park. You may leave watercraft docked on the lawn on the beach.

Enjoy the outdoors with a gas grill for alfresco dining on the patio or balcony. Relax beside the wood-burning fireplace, play a game of Ping-Pong or pool, or simply unwind and take in the stunning desert sunsets and sunrises. With whole house solar installed last year, you can enjoy modern amenities in a truly picturesque setting.

Things to Know

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: All 4 cameras located around the perimeter. 1 in the middle garage.

Dock details: Small doc on the water, can be used to tie up jet ski's or other water craft as needed.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
