Arrival Instructions:
The property is very close to Chedraui, there is a Farmacias Similares on the corner. 5 blocks from the ADO bus station.

Access to the Building Instructions:
You must check in at reception. Hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday to Saturday. If you arrive outside of these hours, you will need to retrieve the keys from a safety box to enter the building

Guest Entry Method:
Smart lock: You will receive the access code before your arrival.

Getting Around:
The drive from Cancun International Airport to the property is approximately 18 minutes.

We recommend you arrive at the property by car. We suggest:
-Take a cab at the airport
-Use mobility apps
-Rent a car at one of the agencies upon landing.

Other Things to Note:
-Beach amenities must be cleaned after use.
-Drug use is not permitted.
-Only authorized individuals are allowed, no additional guests permitted.
-Parties are not allowed.
-Check-ins are not allowed after 10:00pm
-An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
