About this property

Walk to the Zoo. Featuring Alaska's only outdoor pool table! Perfect!

Quiet, friendly, neighborhood in a lovely cul-de-sac located in south Anchorage. Plenty of parking, black out shades to darken bedrooms, ceiling fans and easy to open windows. Enjoy our outdoor pool table with lights, sound system, outdoor heater and fridge to keep drinks cold. Large BBQ grill on the deck with chairs. Inside there is a large upstairs living room with 6 fun arcade games and also board and card games if desired. There is also a big L-shaped couch that can sleep more people. Downstairs is an extra living space with a futon, tv and desk. There are fishing poles with reels all set up for your fishing adventures, if wanted. No access to the garage or my son's room, sorry. Large back yard. It's just a nice place to stay while your visiting.

Located conveniently within 15 minutes of the airport and nearby groceries, gas, mall, restaurants, and conveniences. Easy location from which to explore Anchorage and access the highway to travel either north or south. Within walking distance to the Alaska Zoo.
