Immerse yourself in relaxation, entertainment, and stunning lake views in this sanctuary that comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests. *Important note - Douglas Lake is drawn down from September to March and the dock will not be able to be used.

Floor-to-ceiling windows in the pool area provide lake views, while the adjacent deck offers seating and a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Connect to the Sonos sound bar in the living room and all throughout the lower level to have fun while enjoying your favorite tunes.

Entertainment enthusiasts will appreciate the game room, equipped with a TV, shuffleboard, air hockey, and arcade games for friendly competitions. Head down to your own private dock that comes with a lily pad, paddleboards and covered boat slip available for guests to use. Important: There is no boat launch or trailer parking available at the resort but we do have storage unit nearby that guests can utilize for free. The nearest public boat launch is 20 minutes away at TVA public boat ramp, Dandridge, TN 37725. The stairs to the dock are currently under construction and are accessible via a short drive and walk.
