This residence has recently been updated with new vinyl woodgrain flooring throughout the living areas and bedrooms, fully renovated Kitchen and Bathrooms, and full refurnishing of the decor.  Sleeping accomodations include a king size bed in the Main Bedroom, two twin beds in the Guest Bedroom.  A wide flat screen TV in the living room is surrounded by comfortable seating for inside relaxation, and this home also offers an oversize balcony directly accessable from both the Living Room and Main Bedroom overlooking the ocean blue water.  Plan your day on the extra spacious balcony with breakfast and the sea breeze at sunrise, or end your afternoon recreation there with beverages and dinner.  There is nothing more relaxing than the sound of the surf and gentle ocean air.  This property rental also provides it's guests access privileges to the Marriott Resort Ocean Club (available starting in October 2024) if you wish to enjoy on-site golf, pickleball, tennis, three additional resort swimming pools, fitness center, and beach club access in addition to the private community pool and amenities included within your condominium building. Please contact Ocean Club Pro Shop at the Marriott Hutchinson Island for information regarding fees and guest membership access.  The Spoonbill Condominium Association prohibits smoking anywhere on the Spoonbill premises.

2024 Construction Notice - The Spoonbill condominium building will be in the process of concrete work starting in June with a tentative completion date of September.

During the renovation period, work will commence during the weekdays. As a result, there will be some construction noise. Please note, the parking garage is under the building,and will be closed at times. There are no timeframe guarantees and there is nothing we can do to prevent a delayed timeline should work take longer than expected.

If you still plan to visit Spoonbill during this timeframe, we are most happy to host you, but we will not be able to offer any discounts should the building work be going on during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
