A Pleasant Home in Garner
Welcome to Garner! Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, this home is 30 minutes from RDU and just 15 min from downtown Raleigh. Shopping and restaurants are also nearby. A fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet, and brand new furniture make this home perfect for your stay. Pets are welcome, 2 pet maximum, with a one time $100 total pet fee.
This is a one story home with three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The master has a tub shower and the hall bath has just a shower. There are Smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom that allow you to sign into your favorite streaming services. No cable is provided
House Rules a) NO smoking IN OR NEAR the home. b) NO parties c) NO breaking quiet hours 10pm-7am d) CLEAN UP after your pet, yes that mean poop in the yard as well :) Poop bags are provided, dispose of in outside garbage. The back yard is completely fenced if you close the gate by the driveway, check before letting out your pet. Swiffer and lint roller are for your use to help manage pet hair Please do you best to keep pets off furniture
Household Essentials: We provide a limited amount of household essentials for you to use when you arrive. These items include toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. However, please note that we DO NOT re-stock these items during your stay. So if you need more you will need to get on your own.
Towels and Linens: We provide towels and linens for you to use during your stay, but we DO NOT provide a linen service. There is a washer and dryer in the unit so you are welcome to wash the linens you have as often as needed
