Remodeled Manasota Key Condo

With a complete remodel this condo is in a fantastic location to get away from it all. A very comfortable place to enjoy Englewood Beach and Lemon Bay. Enjoy the surf or Kayak in the Bay, some of the best fishing in the world. Come take a break!

Great 2 bedroom condo on Manasota Key with access to the beach and Lemon Bay. Wireless internet & cable tv. Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances. King bed in Master, great pool and lots of fun to be had.

This is a nice quite condo complex with many owner occupied and rental units. The condo includes a master bedroom with king size bed, attached full bathroom, walk in closet, and 32inch tv with cable. The second bedroom has a king bed, a sliding closet, and an attached full bath. There is a dining room with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked, includes fridge with ice maker, oven and range, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances. The living room is very comfortable and has a 51 inch Flat Screen HD TV with cable and a DVD player. There is also a Murphy bed with a full mattress in the living room.

Guests have private access to Englewood beach, and beach sun deck with BBQ grills. The condo is close to the pool and a bay side boat dock which may be used on a first come basis. Parking for boat trailers is available at additional cost. Two horse shoe pits are available.

We are private owners of this condo but you will mainly interact with our onsite manager. You may contact us at anytime but you can also talk with our manager. Keys will be exchanged at the onsite office. In most cases you will not see us during your stay.

Great relaxes beach area. Several resturants within walking distance. You can also release Stump Pass State Park. Several water activity ie Kayaks, Jet Skies, Paddle Boards, ect near by.

You will need a car to get around this area.

We are not located locally so most of the time you will not see us. However we do have a name maybe company on the island will be available he need anything.

A great beach side area with many restaurants and pubs within walking distance. There are several boat and water sport rentals companies in the area and some will deliver a kayak to your door. The Stump Pass State Park is a long walk or a short drive down the island.

Walking will get you to most places on the island but a car would be advisable.

- Front door dead bolt needs replaced - Smallest bathroom/shower - Ding Ding Ding: WIFI is barely functional and needs to be replaced immediately

Good experience, didn’t like the climb up the stairs after walking the beach for three hours. All in all nice place to stay love the beach love lemon bay! Beautiful. Love the area loved the location!

Great location, helpful and supportive property management. We’ve stayed on this property before in a different condo. This condo could use some repairs. Several of the blinds did not close/work , privacy. Ice maker didn’t work, was on but did not make any ice. Location and cleanliness was great. Easy check in and check out.

The Badik's from Ohio
Perfect location. Convenient to everything, including beach and pool. Perfect for two couples or parents with kids. Good place to take kids to eat close by is the Sand Bar. Our favorite restaurant close by was The White Elephant. A good steak and seafood restaurant was The Lock and Key. They have a shuttle. Lots of dolphins swim past the beach.

Excellent location, great amenities, newly updated condo!!!
The condo has a fresh, modern look to it, and is well-stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your time at the beach. Literally steps to the pool and the fishing pier directly behind it, and the beach directly across the street, the grandkids did not have a dull moment! We had an awesome vacation, and look forward to coming back!!! This condo truly has it all!!!

Double Booked.
Arrived to discover that the condo was double booked. Fortunately the onsite rental agency was able to get us into a different condo. That condo did not have the same amenities as what we had booked but at least gave us a roof over our heads.
