Waterfront, Walk-In Condo -Sleeps 6 - Perfect For Families, Golfers & Fishers!

Welcome to the lake! This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is situated right on Lake Taneycomo! Have your morning coffee on the screened-in patio with peaceful views of the lake and hillside of trees, while watching fishing boats go by!

The location is perfect for everyone, especially those who love to fish, golf or those traveling with children. On one side of the unit is a hiking trail that has several places to sit and take in the scenic views, as well as a fishing hole, so don't forget to bring your pole! On the other side of the unit is a lake access point and playground with BBQ grills and picnic tables. Just a short drive (or walk) up the street is the clubhouse, with indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, restaurant, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, and a golf pro shop, where you can schedule golf tee times. (Outdoor pool is seasonal only, and while the indoor pool & hot tub are open year round, they are sometimes closed for maintenance/repairs. The resort is very good about expediting all repairs and maintenance to ensure that these amenities are back open quickly).

The condo is located in the gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Village, that is far enough away from noisy traffic, yet within minutes to most attractions. One of my favorite things about the location (and Branson itself) is that you have the option to be part of the hustle and bustle of shopping and attractions, or be in the peace and quiet of the Ozark mountains, Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo. So when you pull out of the resort, you can make a right turn to head to the strip for fun shopping, restaurants & attractions, or, turn left and find yourself with views of Table Rock Lake Dam, and quiet winding roads.


Just a few items to mention:

The property is in a condominium and can be a little noisy at times with other tenants. Also, this is a walk-in unit with no stairs, however both bathrooms have tub/shower combo and no walk-in shower, at this time. Both bedrooms are very large, with king size beds and cable tv’s with Roku boxes. The living room is very cozy with a brand new smart tv and new queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. At this time, all basic amenities are provided. Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, coffee bar with coffee, powdered cream and sugar. Also provided are hand soaps in kitchen and baths, for hand washing, as well as hand and bath towels (also pool towels are provided). No other personal hygiene products are included, however, there is a convenient store located right outside of the resort for any last minute items, and Walmart and Price Chopper is only a few minutes away for groceries other necessities. Free WiFi is provided and info is included when you arrive at the condo.
