Parking will be a breeze as three designated private off-street parking spaces are provided as well as additional street parking. Situated adjacent to the free city boat ramp, allowing launching your small boat or wave-runner with ease. Furthermore, the boat ramp provides large additional parking for your trailer or vehicle at no additional cost. Beach tags are provided, granting you access to all walk on beaches on the island. However, please note that tenants are required to bring their own beach equipment and beach towels.

Small dog friendly provided tenants walk their dog as owners live on property and tenants do not have access to the backyard. The front porch is a communal space. Tenants enter through the left door marked "B". Follow all the city noise orders and no loud music after 11pm.
