The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Note: each guest must have a mobile phone, download the Latch app, and create an account in order to access the building and apartment doors. In order to prevent delays with check-in, the name and email of each guest must be provided to us a) at least 48 hours prior to check-in or b) within 3 hours of confirming the booking.

Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing
- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn't enforced). Just call the city on the day you'd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a confirmation in 5-10 minutes. For more info, search online for "Milwaukee night parking permission" and choose the first result
- If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit

1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $40 charge for unreturned keys or access devices
