Charming 2bed/2ba home in St. Pete, great location!
Nicknamed the Salty Dog, our adorable and cozy (NEWLY REMODELED) 2 bedroom home has everything you need and in a great location in a quaint and quiet neighborhood and about 20 minutes to the beach! There is also a lot to do within walking distance and perfect for couples, families or friends!
Our home features original hardwood floors and a fully equipped kitchen. Right off of the kitchen, we provide a laundry room that is shared with tenants in the guesthouse, which is also an VRBO**, but there is a separate entry and locked off from the rest of the home. Heading to the bedrooms, you will see the living room which features a sectional couch with a pull-out queen upgraded mattress, smart tv, and Bluetooth soundbar. In the master bedroom, a comfy memory foam king bed awaits you as well as a small private bathroom and shower. We have a second smart tv mounted in the master bedroom. In the 2nd bedroom, you will find twin bunk beds with memory foam mattresses. We do have a backyard and it is shared with the guest house.
**Shared laundry room with our guest house tenant. The tenant doesn’t have access to the main part of the home so don’t worry! Your space is private!
This is a quiet, family neighborhood so we have strict quiet times after 10PM. You must be respectful of the neighbors! You must also respect the privacy of our guests in the back guest house as well.
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
**No Third Party Bookings allowed! The person that books the VRBO MUST be staying. This is very important so that we can maintain communication during the entire stay**
