While the little ones play, adults can unwind in the spacious living area, complete with a dining table, TV, comfy sofas, and a faux fireplace.
Venture outdoors to the expansive porch, an ideal spot for alfresco dining and firing up the BBQ. Surround yourself with the serenity of lush woods as you gather around the firepit, Adirondack chairs offering plenty of seating for s'mores and storytelling under the stars.

Sleeping arrangements accommodate 6 guests, with additional space for kids on the pull-out sofa in the games room. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the other two bedrooms offer a king-sized bed and two twin beds respectively. For added convenience, there's a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is plenty of storage space with closets in every bedroom.

For the outdoor enthusiasts, a fish cleaning station awaits, and there's ample driveway space for your boat, trailer, or watersports gear. RVs and caravans are also welcome, with additional charges applicable.

Cancellations:
Our cancellation policy is moderate which means you will get a full refund up to 5 days before check-in. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance.

Last minute cancellation requests due to extreme weather: We will consider refunds or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis if there is a National State of Emergency issued for the State of Florida, or other major weather event such as a named Tropical Storm or Cyclone warning.
