All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. We also provide free wifi, Netflix, fresh coffee and treats. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we're always happy to help.

In order to comply with local regulations, we require guests to sign a residential contract, complete identity verification, and submit a Damage Waiver ($25) or Security Deposit ($500) after the booking is confirmed.

Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we do not provide a parking space, there are several public parking lots nearby. Our staff can recommend parking apps to make finding a spot easier than ever. In addition, there's a paid parking lot right behind the building.
