Welcome to our Family Beach house exclusive next to the Schooner Island Marina. This 3BR/2BA Regatta Club Townhome that sleeps 8 in a bay block in Wildwood's Marina District has a pool and is pet-friendly! The front door opens to the kitchen and living area with a deck facing south showcasing sunrise to sunset views of the bay and marina. It is a short walk to great restaurants like Beach Creek, Uries, The Boathouse, Santorini's, Mudhen Brewery, and the Schooner Island Marina. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dining area and the adjacent living area with plenty of seating. Wine Fridge as well! In addition to the master bedroom, which features its private bath and deck, there are two guest rooms and one additional hall bath with a bathtub and shower. There is a two-car garage, plus parking for a third car in the driveway. There is a huge in-ground pool with a paved patio, hot tub, and gazebo. 3 Smart TV's
