The entire home was remodeled in 2021 to include premium amenities and a luxe boho theme that is as tasteful as it is comfortable. The unique "Tri-level" design has the bedrooms on the top and bottom levels, separate from the common areas on the main level, which is perfect for privacy.
All four immaculately-designed bedrooms feature comfortable beds with quality linen, ceiling fans, and USB charging stations. They also boast sufficient closet space so you can unpack and feel right at home.

The 1st bedroom is on the upper level and has a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, a designated work area with a desk and lamp, and a large walk-in closet with a full-length mirror. This bedroom also boasts an ensuite bathroom.

The 2nd bedroom is also on the upper level and has a king-sized bed. Access to a full bathroom is just outside the door.

The 3rd bedroom is on the lower level and is outfitted with a king-sized bed.

The 4th bedroom is also downstairs and has two XL twin beds. A lounge chair invites guests to kick back and relax whenever.

Three full bathrooms means you won’t have to wait around for long to get ready for the day or turn down in the evening. The bathrooms are stylish with unique designs and well-stocked on soft towels and bathroom essentials.

An ensuite bathroom connected to the 1st bedroom (upstairs) features a huge walk-in shower with a seat, and dual vanities with oversized mirrors.

Two full bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) are outfitted with shower/tub combos. They offer plenty of counter, drawer, and cabinet space for all your belongings.

The open-concept common area makes it easy for the whole family to gather together as a large group. The modern kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up delicious meals, including stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space, cooking essentials like pots and pans, utensils, spices, and more.

Morning coffee is a breeze, thanks to the fully stocked coffee bar. Take your pick from K-cups, drip coffee, or the French press, and different condiments. Enjoy your delicious brew at the island with high-top seating or head outside to the patio and watch the morning come alive!

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: You understand that you using the swimming pool at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the swimming pool. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the swimming pool and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the swimming pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the swimming pool while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the swimming pool if pregnant. You agree to explain the risks of using the swimming pool to any guests you may have at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your guests may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and your guest for the consequences of those risks. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from your guests’ use of swimming pool.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, except for the owner's closets, which are clearly labeled and locked.

Take advantage of the available amenities, including the free and fast WiFi and laundry room with front load washer & dryer and iron/board.

There are two garage spaces to park and two additional pad parking spots.

Please note that the pool is not enclosed by a gate. Please make sure to watch your children at all times when in the backyard space. The swimming pool can be heated for an additional fee for this during the cold seasons.
Other things to note
Your safety matters to us. Using the pool is at your own risk. Please note that quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
