Kitchen: Spacious counter and a full suite of stainless steel appliances provide everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Guests can enjoy the convenience of using the microwave, gas range, refrigerator, coffee maker, convention toaster, air fryer along with kids friendly utensils.

Dining room: The dining area, right off the kitchen, makes meals and conversation a breeze. The table comfortably seats six, with extra room to pull up a stool at the counter and child's high chair. It's the perfect spot for relaxed eating and catching up.

Master Bedroom (with en suite): King bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, extra pillows and sheets.

We appreciate your cooperation with our house rules, which are in place to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. We have ring security cameras at the front porch and back porch of the home. They will be on during your stay.

* Check-in time: 4 PM-12 AM
* Check-out time: 10 AM (additional fee apply if staying past check-out time WITHOUT pre-approval and fine of $40 per hour)
* Quiet time 9 PM-7 AM
* No pet
* Smoking of ANY KIND is strictly prohibited on the premises ($300 fine will apply if found smoking)
* No shoes inside property
* Must be at least 21 years old to book
* Photo ID may be required upon check in
* No parties or large gatherings
* Respecting the maximum occupancy of guests on your reservations.
* No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, etc
* No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors
* No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces
* Maintaining a respectful noise level, especially after 9 PM
* Respecting the privacy of our securities measures - tampering with cameras or door locks is strictly prohibited.
* Refraining from use of glitter indoors, as it can be difficult to clean

Violations of these house rules may results in a fee of $300, cancellation of your reservation, and potential removal from the premises.
