Forget your worries in this beautiful home located 2 minutes from the beach. Directly on the inter coastal with a boat dock and a mini beach. Gorgeous long pool with spa and manicured outdoor area. Outdoor living area and dining area as well as fire pit.
Open floor plan with beautiful marble flooring throughout. Large screen smart tvs in every room. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Walk in shower with rain shower.
Second bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom.

This home is currently for sale and open houses will be held on Sunday afternoon from 1-3 and Sundays will be reduced if you are staying through a Sunday. We will give notice before an agent shows the home but please understand this is written notice that there could be showings and we will refund $25 on any day we schedule a showing which usually only lasts about 30 minutes. The buyer will be escorted by an agent at all times.

Great location but limited supplies and cleanliness

This property is in a great location. Walkable to restaurants and stores and easy access to nearby entertainment. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous, but I was under impressed with the cleanliness and supplies. TV’s and windows all had greasy smudges all over them. The showers were also gross and overflowed when using. The bunkbed room no longer had bunk beds when we arrived. The pool heater was broken so it was not usable unless you like polar plunges (our stay was in late march). None of the televisions worked in the home and the remotes lacked batteries and were corroded. I had to purchase hangers and a toaster due to their non existence. I would assume the hurricane set them back a bit so I am understanding, but likely wouldn’t stay in the future.
