Guest Access:
The guests will have access to the entire unit; with the exception of a locked closet. This home is used by the owner for part of the year and may contain some personal items/photos.

There is 1 camera on-site at this property. Located on the front porch. They are motion-activated. They can be remotely monitored. We also have 1 noise sensor at the property to monitor noise. It does not record or listen.

Per Woodridge's Rules and Regulations
No boats, campers, trailers (of any kind), buses, mobile homes, commercial trucks, commercial vehicles, minibikes, mopeds, or any other vehicles of any description other than normal passenger automobiles shall be permitted to be parked anywhere within the property unless the board determines otherwise.

Alternative Parking Solution
Guests who need to park boats or jet skis can do so at the Eagle Pointe Golf Club's boat storage area for a fee of $25 per day.
