Beach Colony Resort of Navarre is Navarre Beach’s newest property. The angular design of the living room transforms each unit into a corner residence. Wall to wall sliding doors and adjoining windows wrap around the living room, filling it with light, and revealing the panoramic beauty of the Gulf of Mexico. The sweeping terrace will be a favorite spot for quiet moments as well as lively gatherings. The units feature nine-foot ceilings and are fully furnished. The kitchens are complete with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. Each unit has its own washer and dryer. The master bathroom features a cultured marble whirlpool tub. ***Saturday to Saturday - 7 night stay during Peak Seasons (6/1 to 7/31)

Heaven

This is the second year we’ve stayed at this location but two different condos. The property owner this year checked in on us twice and the layout of the condo was perfect!! Loved everything about it!

Can’t beat the view!

Going up and down the elevator to get where you’re going may seem inconvenient, but the view you get in the room is incredible. If you like circulating air, I suggest bringing a fan! No ceiling fans. Overall, We enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend!

Perfect chill

Little trouble checking in but the communication to fix the problem was spot on. Condo was perfect and very spacious. We had bad weather and red flags all week but that’s nobody’s fault but Mother Nature. If u want to relax without all the Panama bs this is where u need to be. We loved the island and the condo.

Amazing Condo

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo!! We never wanted to leave! The condo was gorgeous. Very tastefully decorated. The view was outstanding! Everything was exceptionally clean and in great working order. The balcony was very spacious with amazing views. A cold front came through when we were there, so I took a bath in their amazing tub to warm up. It was great. If we make it back to Navarre, we will definitely book this condo again! 10 out of 10!

Relax and Family Time

The pool was big but people kept their stuff on table and chairs the whole time so no one could get a chance to use them. It was very frustrating. The condo was nice but did need a couple more pots and pans to cook with. Overall great stay and family time was amazing there. Would stay again absolutely!!!

Everything was perfect. We loved the location. The only thing I wish was the pool be handicapped accessible with a chairlift so my husband could have used it. We will be back. Thanks so much.

A week in paradise

We had a wonderful week with family for Thanksgiving! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving Dinner. We had a maintenance issue during our stay that was handled promptly and completely. The VRBO site stated that check out was at 11a and we found out when we got there that it was 10a. It would be helpful if you could correct the site. The master bed and the bunk beds were comfortable, but I would suggest that you get a new mattress for the 2nd bedroom queen bed.

Absolutely perfect!

This condo was perfect and we hope to return for another visit soon! Two large bedrooms (each with large tv), two full baths, laundry room with full sized washer & dryer, comfy living room furniture with a third large TV, nice dining room table, snack bar and fully equipped kitchen. The private patio was furnished with a bar height table & chairs, overlooking the beautiful beach & ocean, perfect for drinking morning coffee, eating meals or late night talks drinking evening beverages. There’s just something so relaxing about the sound of ocean waves. While we did not use the pool, it was quite lovely, large and inviting. This property has a gated entrance and parking was covered. There was nothing about this condo that we would have changed. Absolutely perfect!

Amazing views from the penthouse balcony.

We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The weather was a bit chilly, but other than that we had a great time. The condo is exactly as advertised, very clean and well equipped. The only thing I would like to have had was for the kitchen to have basic condiments, like salt and pepper, etc. Overall, we loved it and would stay there again.
