With the short distance to the beach we got to venture out so much more than we usually do at other places we've stayed. It felt great being at this place and it was well taken care of.
I had a wonderful stay here with my family. The location was great, less than a block from the beach. The living room and kitchen were larger than I expected. Super easy to check in and out, we didn't need to get out of our car. Thanks for a great stay!
This was just the site we wanted and needed, quiet, out of the way, and just a few steps to the beach. The property had all of the conveniences that we needed and had the most stocked housewares I've ever seen for a vacation rental.
This is a comfortable and attractive 2nd floor apartment in which my family and I enjoyed ourselves for a long weekend. We loved the easy walk to the beautiful Cape May Point beach and a bike ride around the Point. Two issues were the lack of sufficient amenities (toilet paper, bar or liquid soap, trash bags, salt) and an overabundance of dishes, pots and pans in the cabinets, all of which are easily remedied. Otherwise, would be 5 star.

A few things need fixing
The front, right burner on the stove does not work. Since this is the large one it mattered. The dishwasher failed to get the dishes clean even though we ran them through twice. And the wire shampoo holder hanging from the shower head in the small bathroom should be removed or replaced. It is rusty and makes the whole bathroom feel dirty. The cabinet doors in the kitchen don’t stay closed. This condo was renovated in the 80s and it shows. Everything is run down, the furniture cushions are all flat.
I loved the neighborhood. We had a wonderful time but I wasn’t impressed with the unit. And it was expensive. It needs a lot of care.
This was a great little place to stay for a week away. Steps away from a Low key beach on the bay while only a few minutes drove into the heart of Cape May. It was great for my little kids too with a calm bayside beach and outdoor space at the house for them to run around while we cooked dinner. Would recommend to others.
Perfect for our family; lots to enjoy so close. 50-100 yard walk from the beach. Where else but Martha's Vineyard and Cape May Point can you go to sleep to crickets crescendoing and ocean waves crashing?

Wonderful vacation
I stayed here with my daughter and her three children ages 1 1/2 , 4 1/2 and 7. My aunt also stayed with us a few nights. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, very tastefully furnished. We loved it. All of the amenities were available. The weather was great and the fans did the job of keeping the place cool. The other neighbors in the development were also very nice and friendly. Another plus was the short walk to the beach which with young children was great. There was a huge yard downstairs where the kids loved to play. The only drawback was the steps up to the condo. My youngest grandson at 1 1/2 could not really negotiate the stairs and had to be carried up and down. Otherwise, the place was fantastic and I would highly recommend it.

Perfect place for a 3-generation vacation at the beach!
We are a couple with 2 kids under 10 and an elderly grandmom. We don't like the boardwalk/hustle bustle kind of scene found in many beach towns, and we like nature and quiet and peacefulness. We found it here. It was a mere 7 minutes from our door to the gentle waves (life-guarded beach!) The place was comfortably furnished and was the perfect space for us. Our ONLY issue was that we are used to the comfort of air conditioning. Fortunately, our week was quite mild, so it was not a problem except for in the late afternoon (and on the first day when we arrived - temps were close to 100 outside and it took a lot of fans on high to cool it down.) We probably paid a lower price for a place with no air conditioning - that was nice.
Were it not for the heat in the late afternoon, I would have rated this place excellent. The grounds were clean and very well landscaped. The place was very clean and the photos reflected what we found when we got there. It was beautiful there! The outdoor shower was very much appreciated, as were the beach toys to borrow and the outdoor drying line. There were many amenities I didn't anticipate.
We are bird-watchers and highly recommend the nearby Cape May Bird Observatory. There are MANY activities on a daily basis sponsored by them. Even if you're not into birds, taking a walk with the volunteers who lead walks close by, may open your eyes to the huge world of birds. Cape May is a premier birding spot. I will absolutely recommend this place to our birding friends (and if it's free in fall, we may be coming back!)
The kids (girls, 7 and 9 years old) also highly recommend the place to families (as does my mother-in-law!) We were all very happy!
