The complex has a heated/chilled pool for year round use, an upgraded fitness center, secured underground parking, and close proximity to restaurants/bars. This unit features unmatched views of Peistewa Peak and lots of natural light. Centrally located between Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and a short drive to check out spring training or the Phoenix Open.

Our luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment has been thoughtfully designed to evoke the sophistication and mystery of a hidden desert speakeasy while providing all modern conveniences. Unwind in the lounge-styled living room with a 65-inch TV, or enjoy late-night fun with a sideboard stocked with games and cocktail glasses. The apartment features a fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances, a coffee station for your caffeine needs, and high-speed internet. Accommodating up to 4 guests, our home offers one king-sized bed and one queen-sized bed, blending contemporary comfort with an air of exclusivity.

The kitchen has a toaster, kettle, stove/oven, microwave, and a Keurig machine. All pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery provided. The fridge has filtered water and ice for your enjoyment. The unit also has a full sized washer and dryer, along with laundry pods and fabric softener for your stay.

If you need parking options, we have a tandem parking space (can fit two cars) in a fully secured underground garage. The spot number is #112. There is guest parking located on the surface level of the complex. The complex is in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and bars.

You will have full access to the entire unit plus all of the amenities offered at the apartment complex. Access will be provided through the app, Stratis, a few days upon arrival. Key fobs will also be available.
