BEAUTIFUL SECLUDED POOL HOUSE NEXT TO SEBASTIAN RIVER & WOODED TRAILS
Welcome in our huge 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home. The entire house is fitted with modern coastal decor & equipped for long stays. Relax around the pool/patio or enjoy nature in the wooded backyard. Very quiet, private & unique environment. Includes a spacious family room that opens up to a full kitchen & dining room, with pool view & courtyard view. Additionally there is a Queen Fold Out Sofa in the Lounge that sleeps 2 extra guests. On the premises sits an entirely independent 1/1 Casita guesthouse rented separately.
Unique prime location in serene wooded nature, next to Sebastian river. House has very spacious rooms. Interior is cozy & inviting. Home is perfectly equipped for tropical Florida vacation. Very private and friendly environment, yet close to everything you might enjoy in our beautiful Sebastian area.
We are located next to Kashi Ashram, Yoga School (open to take classes), walk the wooded trails and access boardwalks on the Sebastian River. Kayaks river rentals 2 minutes drive, Skydive Sebastian 1 mile away, local boat rental & tours 10 minutes. Atlantic beaches are 20 minutes drive, Melbourne & Vero Beach seaside towns & farmer markets, airboat tours 30 minutes. Not to forget Nature park trails all around & Intracoastal waterfront restaurants & bars just 10 minutes away.
