Sheets and towels are NOT provided within the unit. The unit only provides mattress pads, pillows and comforters. If you prefer not to travel with linens ask us about our linen rental service we have here at our office.

Some beach equipment included:  4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 surfboard provided and stored in unit.

***During the prime season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) full weeks are required for advance bookings. Shorter stays will be considered based on last minute availability. ***In addition to the base rental rate, every reservation will incur the following charges: $145 Reservation fee, Cleaning Fee (price depending on size of property), and 13% Tax.
