Nestled just steps from the Ocean and right in front of "The Steps," a local favorite spot for surfers and swimmers, our family retreat provides the perfect blend of oceanfront serenity and stylish living. With panoramic views of the ocean and even the Oceanside Pier in the distance. The pier is walking distance from our property (1.3 mile) and you can do cast off the pier fishing (if 16 yr+ make sure you grab your fishing license!), charter a boat for some whale watching, or dine at the restaurants and do some shopping.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails listening to the sound of the waves on the patio, equipped with a firepit, BBQ and comfortable outdoor seating for taking in the stunning ocean views. This townhomes ocean view patio makes an ideal space for families to gather and create lasting memories.
A short walk away (0.8 mile) is Tyson beach park- perfect for picnics with a playground & bathrooms. With its charming playground and convenient amenities, it's the perfect spot for a day of family fun. Stairs are provided for park and beach access. If you prefer not to walk, the "Circuit" electric cart service can pick you up right in front of our property and take you anywhere in the downtown area for just $2 per person. Also, you won't want to miss the Oceanside Sunset Market every Thursday night, where you can enjoy food, music, and shopping just a mile from your doorstep.

Guests have full access to their private ground level 3 bedroom ocean view townhome and their assigned parking space out back, as well as the courtyard and don't forget guests are just steps away from full ocean access.
Authentic beach town neighborhood with a tangible laid-back vibe. This ocean view property is just steps from the gorgeous oceanside beach where you can sit on the rocks and take in the sunrise, sunsets, or do a little swimming or surfing. A short walk away (0.8 mile) is Tyson beach park- perfect for picnics with a playground & bathrooms. Stairs are provided for park and beach access. Also walking distance (1.3 mile) is Oceanside's historic longest over-water wooden pier where you can do cast off the pier fishing (if 16 yr+ make sure you grab your fishing license!), charter a boat for some whale watching, or dine at the restaurants and do some shopping. If it's Thursday night- you won't want to miss out on the Oceanside's Sunset market!! San Diego's top weekly food and music street fair is just 1 mile from our property! Every Thursday from 5-9pm up to 200 merchants span 4 city blocks located on pier view way west of Coast Highway.

*NO PARTIES/ EVENTS/ GATHERINGS. MAX OCCUPANCY observed on property. Limit of 8 guests MAX. Please do not book this property if you are looking to party as you will be asked to leave with no refund.
*Quiet time is at 10pm (music off, voices down)
*Please do not disturb neighbors
*Bringing pets? There is an additional fee of $75/night per pet. If you choose the option for a pet ($150) and it exceeds that amount we will send you an invoice post-booking for the remaining balance. Please notify me prior to arrival (up to 2 pets) — over 25lbs requires $200 pet deposit. Must curb your pet, any pet damages will be charged to renter.

*If wanting early check-in: $50 early check in fee. Once fee is paid we will send access instructions early. Please note: *early check in is not guaranteed and we will only send an early check-in fee request if the unit is ready for you early. Regularly scheduled check-in time is 4pm.
*Wifi speed is FAST!
*Docusign Rental agreement must be signed for insurance reasons in order to gain access to the property.
*The Resort fee covers the firepit gas as well as professional spa maintenance, heating, & cleanings. This ensures that guests can enjoy a high-quality spa experience throughout their stay. In the rare event of any issues with the spa amenity or the firepit, guests are eligible for a refund of the $50 spa resort fee.
Cameras/Devices:
*Minut – sound detection at high decibels – I will be notified and if it gets very loud you will be notified too (we cannot hear what is being said, just measured sound decibals)
*Smoke detector – I will be notified if there is smoking inside the townhome ($200 fine)
*Exterior Cameras – Overlook the parking area, side yard/ front door, and backyard space which can see the spa area from a very far distance. Motion detected/ audio & visual recorded. In place for security and liability reasons.
*Kindly note that a refundable security deposit of $250, temporarily held as a pre-authorization on your credit card, will reflect during the week of your departure. This pre-authorization is not a charge and will be promptly released, provided no damages are claimed.*
*Special note regarding sanitization:
Protecting each other’s health and safety is very important to us. We are doing our part in keeping our vacation rental as safe as possible to prevent any spread of any disease/illness. With the current concern over the coronavirus, we have taken further precautions. We have always made sure each property is clean and safe for the next guest and we will continue to do so.
