Welcome to part of a DUO property in the Olde Kensington area of Philadelphia. The house is just walking distance away from Philly's hottest neighborhoods of Fishtown & Northern Liberties. This is an extended stay listing for up 5 humans. We love all animals, but we only accept the K9 type. No cats please! Full size kitchen, patio with dog relief area, rooftop deck with wet-bar. Easily accessible to all city public transportation. Twenty minutes to the stadium district. Minutes from surrounding hospitals.
The house features mid century modern mixed with our own personal touches including a two story mural hand drawn by a Philadelphia local artist. Essentially it’s a 5 story home w/rooftop deck. Bedroom accompanying a full bath on each floor. The lower level is closed off to guests for owner storage. Whether you're visiting the city for pleasure or business the DUO will provide.
