Situated on 10 acres of pristine forest land, with no visible neighbors in sight, this retreat provides ample space for relaxation and exploration.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
With three bedrooms plus an enchanted sleeping nook, our cabin comfortably accommodates families and groups up to 8 seeking a peaceful getaway. Choose from the first-floor Evergreen Room or go upstairs to the Ellinor and Chinook Rooms, or whimsical Gnome Gnook, each offering every accommodation needed for a restful night's sleep, including black-out curtains, quality mattress and linens, and a combination sound-machine/blue-tooth speaker equipped with wireless charging. Additionally, the living room features a pull-out sofa for extra guests.

INDOOR AMENITIES:
The fully stocked kitchen and walk-in pantry provide everything you need for home-cooked meals, including serving dishes, appliances, basic seasonings and beverage station while the expandable indoor dining comfortably seats six. The cabin’s spacious bathroom features an extra-large tub and shower combination, towel warmer, plenty of towels and an adjacent laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The rest of the cabin offers a similar blend of rustic ambiance and modern conveniences. Stay connected with high-speed internet, charging station, Smart TVs and a designated work-from-home space. When you’re ready to unwind, take advantage of the many amenities the cabin has to help you disconnect. Cozy up with a book or a board game, put a record on the Bluetooth record player, or use the available yoga mats for mind and body restoration. Even indoors, you’re surrounded by natural light and forest views from every angle.

OUTSIDE AMENITIES:
Step outside to be surrounded by 360 degrees of natural beauty and privacy. Take a dip in the brand-new 6-person hot tub, explore the property’s woodland paths and peek-a-boo views of Lake Cushman, take a hammock snooze, or fire up the propane grill and enjoy a meal in the covered outdoor eating area. With so much space and nature right outside your door, you may never leave the property, but those who do will enjoy private park access to Lake Cushman just a five-minute drive away and close proximity to many popular hiking trails and state and national parks. Return to home base to end the day with a campfire under the stars or a cozy evening in front of the wood-burning fireplace. During burn bans, a propane fire pit is also available for use.

KIDS & PETS:
Families and furry friends are warmly welcomed here, with a range of amenities catering to both. Children will delight in the assortment of toys, books, and games, as well as the fairy garden and fort-building kit. Meanwhile, pets will feel right at home with their own dog bed and outdoor kennel, dishes, and plenty of space to explore.
Whether you're seeking adventure or simply a place to relax and recharge, our Lake Cushman cabin offers the perfect blend of tranquility, charm and comfort for your next group getaway.
NOTE:
Some things to note to make sure this property is a good fit for you:
The cabin does not have a dishwasher. Drying rack and mats are provided.
The property is secluded, but not fenced, so you will want to use the kennel or a lead to keep your dog secure and safe from wildlife.
Families with young children should be aware that the loft stairs and steep hillside terrain may not be appropriate for early or unsteady walkers. The design of the stairs does not allow for easy attachment of a baby gate.
The driveway is monitored by a camera and accessible only via a locked gated entrance. You will be responsible for keeping the gate locked as you come and go from the property.
In snowy weather, a 4WD vehicle is required for access.

House Rules:
- The HOA strictly enforces quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am.
- Must sign a rental agreement upon booking.
- No Parties or Events ($500 fine). 8 guests maximum strictly enforced. If you are looking for a party house, this is not for you. Although we are on a wooded lot, we have neighbors to be considerate of.
- No smoking of any kind anywhere is allowed on the property, including outdoor areas.
- Use of the fire pit is prohibited during any burn bans.
- Due to our API connection and liability, we must have a signed Rental agreement with a copy of your driver's license at the time of booking.
- There is a $500 security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damage is reported.
- There are three exterior cameras to monitor the property for liability and ensure all house rules are followed.
- Pine Ridge Retreat is our family cabin, and we ask that you treat it with respect like you would your own home.
- The cabin is not waterfront. Lake Cushman is about a 5-minute drive from the cabin (some are further depending on what park you choose to go to, they are all beautifully maintained). Lake Kokanee is about 15 minutes from the cabin.

Great cabin

I my husband and in-laws stayed 3nights here right after new years. The cabin is secluded on a very wooded lot -very cabin in the woods! But we also had fun taking the 10min drive to hoodsport and exploring the shops/restaurants. Our favorite was a little further away but worth it Hamma Hamma bay oysters.Over all the cabin was well stocked and had lots of extras. The hot tub was a nice way to relax even more:)

Fabulous cozy cabin getaway

My group of friends had a wonderful time at the cabin. It's very clear this place was a labor of love for the owners and it showed in so many details (decor, amenities, etc). All the beds were comfortable even the "kids room" fairy tale room had a great mattress plus it was absolutely magical in there. The kitchen was a dream to cook in with everything you're ever going to want for appliances and there's helpful labels on the organization everywhere. The coffee mug game was also unparalleled. We loved the hot tub but most of our time was spent enjoying the cozy vibes of the rain against the sky lights as the old stove fire crackled and playing board games. Hama Hama oysters is about 30 minutes away and definitely worth the stop. There's a ton of fun hikes close as well but we ended up just staying in the cabin enjoying the relaxing atmosphere most of the trip. Will absolutely stay again and would love to see what it's like in summer!

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

My family had a fantastic stay over thanksgiving break. The cabin's 4 bedrooms allowed my 3 boys their own bed, plus we took advantage of the outside space and grill. My wife was very pleased that the cabin was fully stocked/ clean, and the local store had everything we needed. I loved the location off Lake Cushman and its close proximity to some great hikes. We had a fire going each day and the boys used the hot tub each night. We had some expected rain, but the area provides many options. When we lived in Peru we were fortunate to take trips into the Andean rain forest. The PNW is new to us, yet the parks we have seen are amazing. I highly recommend the cabin as a gateway into Olympic National Park. We hope to be back.

Rainy weekend getaway

We had a great time! It was an absolute downpour the whole weekend but we made the most of it snuggled up in the living room and exploring all the little nooks in the house. Close enough to town to go grab dinner and *HAD we been brave enough we could have launched our canoes at the nearby park access. The covered hot tub was a huge hit for our group.

Lovely Cabin!

Lovely secluded cabin in the woods! We had an amazing time. Cabin was fully stocked with all necessities and had a warm cozy atmosphere. If you plan to bring a boat to explore the lake, make sure you reach out to the host prior to your visit so they can provide a launch pass. Definitely would recommend this cabin.

Beautiful getaway!

There was a group of five of us staying at this cabin. We had the best time! It was gorgeous and we felt so secluded. We had a great time cooking dinner with the grill, hanging out outside, using the hot tub, etc. Would love to come back and stay again!
