The ground floor features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, and an adjoining master bathroom. The other two rooms have queen beds with a fourth bedroom featuring two (2) tween beds.
Please note:
Renter will need to sign lease and HOA application.
There is a non-refundable security application fee that is submitted to the community association, for guest access to the Briarwood Community. This is included in the fees shown when booking.
Pool heating is optional. If you decide to heat the pool, an additional cost of $30 per day will be applied.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, pool area and garage. They will also have access to the Briarwood community amenities
