Tudo perfeito, limpeza, organização, apartamento espaçoso, portaria, pra ir a praia só atravessar a rua , tudo conforme descrição. O Sr José super atencioso, rápido pra responder solicitações, no ato da reservas. Como dica de melhoria , seria legal colocar wi-fi, já q na região o sinal de internet é um tanto ruim. Pretendo voltar outras vezes. Super recomendo.

Excelente Apartamento, muito próximo da praia.

Gostamos muito do apartamento do senhor José Carlos, apartamento no tamanho ideal para acomodar as 8 pessoas que foram. Encontramos tudo muito limpo, sem odor de mofo, e tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A piscina na cobertura é um diferencial, a vista é muito top (ponto negativo é que fecharam o acesso na virada do natal, a vista dos fogos lá de cima deve ter sido muito top). Os funcionários do condomínio são muito prestativos.O ambiente do local tanto pelos proprietários como dos locatários é um ambiente mais familiar, gostei bastante. O senhor José Carlos é muito atencioso, sempre que precisei de tirar alguma dúvida, sempre fui atendido prontamente. A única coisa que fez falta foi acesso a internet, a operadora oi não funciona no ap, esta é a unica melhoria que recomendo ao senhor José Carlos para completar. Recomendo com certeza o ap, espero voltar em breve.

Boa tarde, Apartamento em excelente estado e segurança no condomínio com portaria 24h. Piscina sempre limpa e com um visual espetacular da praia. Apartamento perto da praia onde não é necessário a utilização de transporte. Muito aconselhado a locação. Att, Rafael Munhoz
