Plus, we are only twenty minutes from the massive Yuba River, which runs from the tops of the Sierras all the way to the Pacific Ocean. Deer Creek, which runs through our property, is a tributary to the Yuba River and has a rich history of gold discoveries. The land was once part of the Mystic Mine, renowned for its incredible gold finds. Recently, a local discovered 10 ounces of gold with just a snorkel in the river.

In the summertime, enjoy the beautiful Yuba River, sunbathe on massive rocks, or relax by our private river on the property.
