I am 46 years old. I’m a father of 4. Myself and my daughter have served in the US Marine Corps. I am engaged. We plan on getting married in October. I’ve lived in Lakeland for 15 plus years. This property is within a mile of my primary residence, so I’m beyond familiar with the location.

Has one bathroom! Space consists of a living room, full bathroom, full kitchen, a small work desk, and THREE large spacious bedrooms. Has one bathroom! There is a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, pots, pans and dishes. The two bedrooms have a queen size bed and a third has a full. Has one bathroom! There is a garden area that includes seating and eating area plus a beautiful swinging hammock in the shade. Has one bathroom! Please keep in mind that this is 100 year old wood frame home. In the Summer Florida months, the AC will not reach low temps despite your setting during the day. We recommend turning the air down in the evening so it stays a little cooler during the day. It also helps to keep blinds closed, fans on, and door to sun room closed during the day.
