A 40' dock for you to fish from, or step into the water from it's ladder for swimming! We provide both a pedal boat and kayak for your waterfront use at no extra charge! Complete with flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, your entertainment needs will be met. There is also a large side yard for activities such as croquet, badminton or volleyball, when you might be taking a break from your waterfront activities. The kitchen is fully equipped, stocked with anything needed for your culinary desires. There is an electric glass top range, double door refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispensers, built-in dishwasher and microwave too!
