Step into this charming Lowcountry home and enjoy the beautiful fountain and views of Deer Lake.  The large back deck is perfect for relaxing with your favorite book or grilling up a “home-cooked” meal for the family.  In the evenings, gather around the firepit for storytelling, smores and enjoying the fresh island air. 
A short walk or golf cart ride will get you to the nearby community playground and pool, hiking trails and of course the amazing beaches of Fripp Island. Beach chairs, umbrella, small ice chest, and beach towels are included.
Inside this recently renovated property you’ll find soaring ceilings and large open concept living all centered around a cozy fireplace.  There is plenty of room for 6 guests in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home.  The kitchen has everything you need for quick snack or special occasion dinners and the adjacent dining area is warm and inviting. All new appliances in the kitchen as well as new washer and dryer.
The primary ensuite has a king bed along with a full bath.  The queen and twin guest rooms share a large full bath.
If you have a furbaby, be sure and pack his or her treats as this property is pet friendly. 
Enjoy the quiet side of Fripp and take in all the island has to offer including amazing wildlife, kayaking and more. A 6-seater golf cart is included so everyone can ride together. 
Amenity cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, pier, marina deli, Springtide market, deli, or community center activities. 
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment.
