Star Studio is truly a magical space, a gem for those interested in quiet settings, romantic getaways, work space or a place to retreat. Designed for efficiency and comfort, the Studio is an experience in small home living!

Newly developed and furnished to offer comfort and style, Star Studio features tall ceilings, natural light, marmoleum flooring, a temperapetic queen bed, a dining table, digital TV, writing desk, a full kitchenette, a spacious bathroom, and a deck into the garden. Open the French doors to enjoy the forest-like setting and garden view from the deck of the Studio.

A queen size, 11-inch memory foam mattress provides maximum comfort for a good nights rest. The bed is the newest design for flexible and efficient small home living, with a bed that can easily be converted to a sofa to create more space for reading or relaxing during the day.

A full kitchenette provides everything one needs to prepare or re-heat meals, including a side by side freezer-refrigerator, a convection oven, an induction 2-burner cooktop, and a coffee & tea making station. Coffee beans, teas and spices are available for guests.

A digital screen TV is available with channels for streaming news, and offerings on Hulu, Netflix and Acorn. There is also a HDMI cord one can use to stream media from an iPad or laptop. The angled-shower and heated ceiling fan make for a spacious and comfortable shower in this small dwelling.

Star Studio is a peaceful retreat-like setting located close to downtown Eugene, the UofO, Whiteaker neighborhood and the Willamette River. My goal is to make your visit to Eugene an enjoyable one, providing you with a restful, safe and secure home away from home.

Great studio.

This was one of the better studios I have stayed at. Very comfy and cozy. Very quiet and situated perfectly for the locations I had to visit. I enjoyed strolling to the New Frontier store and checking out the neighborhood.

Wonderful

I've now stayed in Eve's cottage twice, once by myself and once w/ my wife. The house is lovely: very well cared for, very clean, and very pleasant to come back to after a day out. The location is terrific: a nice, quiet residential neighborhood not too far from the university and downtown, w/ easy parking. (Very easy walk to Sweet Life, the bakery you want to go to even though you don't know it yet.) And Eve is exceptionally good at communicating and accommodating one-off requests. So, in short, yes, stay here. You'll like it.

Charming space

We loved the feeling of a small home. The studio provided all the amenities needed. A comfortable bed, air, a lovely quaint kitchen area and bathroom. The decor was tasteful and gave a wonderful feeling as you entered. We loved the huge tomatoes growing and that we could enjoy them and the Apple tree. Perfect time to visit.

Couldn’t be happier with Eve’s place

Eve’s apartment is a wonderful, lovely, exceptionally clean and cozy space. I have stayed here more than once and have found it to be my favorite go-to space in Eugene and one of my favorite VRBO apartments all around. Eve is an awesome host, extremely attentive, considerate and responsive.

Perfect little studio

This was the perfect place for the two of us to stay in Eugene! It is located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown and one of our favorite restaurants. It's also close to the University of Oregon. The studio had everything we needed and was very comfortable and secure. Eve was fantastic in her communication, and we knew we could contact her if we needed anything (which never happened). We can't recommend this property enough!

Efficient and comfy in a great location

This efficient studio is well designed for a comfortable visit of a week or more. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near an excellent bakery, fish market, and cafes. The owner was very responsive for easy communication. We would stay there again.

What an absolutely charming place!

I rented this property for my brother and his wife while they visited family in town. The host was super attentive with great communication. The rental was clean and well stocked. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The garden was beautiful and my sister cut a few flowers to have in a vase on the table. The neighborhood is cute and within walking distance to a little strip mall. I highly recommend this property 😀

Perfect studio space

I came to visit my sister who lives in her own studio. I found this quaint cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it! The location made it easy for me to get to my sister’s apartment, the market, the coast and even the wine country west of Eugene! I recommend it highly and could see coming back!

Our Favorite Tiny Home Rental

The space we had for our 4-day vacation to Eugene was absolutely wonderful. The kitchenette was surprisingly functional with few limitations for what we cooked. Our only complaint during the stay was that the internet was quite weak to wear we needed to hotspot our phones at times. Also, on our last day out there were some landscapers doing work on the yard that prevented us from opening the blinds. Other than that the home was tastefully decorated and perfect for couples. We would absolutely return again.

Convenient, Cozy, and Quiet

My husband and I spent three nights in the Studio. We were comfortable and appreciated all of the available amenities. The location is centrally located and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were able to park on the street right in front of the house.

Wonderful Oasis in Eugene

We stayed in this studio for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Eugene. The place is so cozy and well furnished. The back doors open to a beautiful garden with fruit trees and flowers. Eve was a responsive and helpful host. All in all, it was a perfect stay!

Why they chose this property

The moment I walked in to this house, I loved it and could see the potential to create a beautiful home for vacationers, and thus the creation of Jackson Star and Star Studio began! The craftsmanship is quality and it is obvious the house has been well-cared for over the years. I loved the floorplan on the main level and the loft is truly dreamy on a clear evening with stars and the moon visible from the bedroom window in the loft.
The Star Studio behind the house has a gorgeous view of the trees and flowers that characterize the neighborhood. This has become a lush garden space worth spending time in and perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood. Serene. Beautiful. Peaceful. Great neighbors!
