Beautiful channel front property leading out to the LAGUNA MADRE AND THE GULF OF MEXICO! This waterfront cottage features 2 BR/2BA with washer/dryer, full kitchen,large family room with big screen TV and outdoor patio with grill. Long Island Village Resort has both an indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi,restaurant, pickled ball, scheduled activities and much more! Please note there is a $90 resort fee not included in reservation, it will be collected at the Welcome Center!
