Located in the highly sought after Waukee Daybreak neighborhood; our custom built, modern style home, is located on a quiet Cul-du-sac and perfect for couples getting away for the weekend, business executives and family getaways. The spacious open floor plan is perfect for gathering as well as a large media room with full bar in the basement. Our outdoor patio with a custom-built pergola and firepit is perfect for outdoor lounging! And don't forget, a 3-car garage too!

This is in the nicest suburb in the Des Moines area. My home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is basically a brand new home.

My property is a fully furnished brand new home in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a 3 car attached garage that you can use. The backyard has a 20x30 pergola with patio furniture and a grill.
