Welcome to our charming 2 King bedroom + Loft play room casita nestled in the breathtaking scenery of Brasada Ranch! Accommodates up to 6 guests with the 2 king mattresses and the two twin beds located upstairs in the playfully decorated loft room.

Don't forget to enjoy additional amenities the home offers such as the backyard fireplace, hot tub, two e-bikes, and a golf cart ($40/day). Nespresso coffee station stocked with pods, cream, and sugar and our golf cart at no extra cost!

There is a mandatory resort charge applicable per person, per night, for all adult guests. Children 5 years and younger are not included in the guest count and are exempt from this fee.
These fees will be collected by us separately before your stay, even if you choose not to use the resort amenities.
Once we calculate the total resort fee, we will send you a separate request for payment, which will include a 10% payment processing fee.

RESORT AMENITIES:
You will have complete access to private 18-hole golf course, spa services, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, yoga studio, locker rooms with showers and steam saunas, open-air Peloton studio, outdoor tennis courts, pickleball, half-basketball court, horseback tours, stocked fishing ponds, kids center, and daily kids' activities (some require advanced reservations and additional fees). Please note that the availability of specific amenities may change at the discretion of the resort without prior notice.

Fire pits:
Brasada Ranch has temporarily banned the use of all outdoor fire pits until further notice.

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: When you make a booking, we'll ask you to fill out the Brasada Ranch Short-Term Rental registration form online.

*The resort has a $100 additional charge for any last-minute reservations (those booked within 48 hours of the check-in date)
*Changes made to the resort forms once submitted will have an additional fee of $100.

• The restaurant, athletic center, general store, and pool area are located 1.1miles from this property.
• Golf: You'll need to pay extra for greens fees. Please book your tee times at least one week in advance.
• Cascade Pool is available for guests, as well as 24/7 access to the gym.
• Guests may not utilize or park RVs, off-road vehicles, trailers, or other large vehicles at this property.
• While we strive to maintain a pet-free environment for this home, we cannot guarantee that pets have not been in the home, as we do adhere to rules regarding service animals.
• For your safety and comfort, fire pits are currently prohibited on the property, as per Brasada's guidelines.


𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐑𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐒
*Please follow these house rules. If our team notices these have not been followed you could be liable and subject to a fee.

• No shoes allowed in the home. Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
• Please keep all children’s art supplies and crafts away from upholstery and carpet. We provide a table for play and crafts in the loft.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No smoking of any product inside the home or within 20ft of the exterior of the home and please pick up after yourself around the property.
• When using the BBQ please pull it away from house and ensure at least 18 inches clearance around all sides.
• Collect garbage from all rooms and place it in the cans in the attached storage area, 1st door on right of path.
• If you move furniture or decor items please put them back in their original place.
• We understand accidents happen. If something is broken or damaged during your stay, please notify us before you leave, so our maintenance/cleaning team can address it promptly.
• Please double check for personal belongings before departure. If items are left and you’d like us to mail them we require payment prior to shipping. Our team is available via chat/phone/email for any questions that you might have.
