Located just down the highway from Bryan/College Station and Texas A&M University, this two story home has all of the access, without the congestion.

This is a two story home bordering a private community lake. The property is located right off of highway 6 and is just minutes down the road from Bryan/College Station. It’s a short drive to Texas A&M, Downtown Bryan, the Inn at Quarry Ridge, and the many other great things B/CS has to offer. Note: this house is one of two rentals on the same property. The parking area and outdoor areas including the pier are shared spaces, shared with one other unit.
