212 W. Oleander is perfect for a family or group of friends looking for that special vacation rental that feels like home! Escape to your dream getaway in this stunning 4-bedroom private house, perfectly situated close South Padre's many attractions. The home is located on the bay interior (west) side of the island. This location is fantastic, being a short walk to the entertainment district down Laguna Blvd, close proximity to many island restaurants, and only an 8-10 minute walk down Oleander St to reach the beach! This property accommodates up to 10 guests and 6 vehicles.
Pool Time!
Guests will love hanging out in the tropical private backyard, unwinding while laying in a lounge chair catching sun, and cooling off in the HEATED PRIVATE POOL. There is ample lounging and sitting furniture around the pool and patio for everyone to hangout together in this backyard paradise!
The interior of this house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and features all tile floors and granite countertops throughout!
The 2nd floor of the home features an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area perfect for gatherings! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils, which makes preparing group meals fun and easy. The living room is very spacious and offers lavish furnishings with plenty of seating for guests to unwind, watch the flat screen tv, and enjoy time together. A large south facing balcony is located just outside of the living area and is an excellent spot to sit and feel the tropical island breeze.
Guests will love the bedding accommodations our house has to offer.
The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, flat screen and entails an ensuite walk in tile shower and soaking tub!
