Tenants are responsible for bringing linens or we can recommend a local rental service. $225 cleaning fee will apply and $150 non-refundable pet fee. The first floor features a formal living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with large breakfast bar, full bath, laundry & primary bedroom. On the second floor you will find 3 guest bedrooms along with a full bathroom with tub & shower. The home is serviced by central air conditioning and includes an outdoor shower and ample off street parking.
